Risk Disclosure Lines: What to Say and Where to Put Them
Simple guidance on writing risk disclosures and placing them properly across pages, posts and videos without weakening the message.

If you promote trading offers, your risk disclosure is not a box-ticking extra. It is part of the message. Clear disclosure helps your audience understand what they are clicking through to, and it helps you stay on the right side of platform rules and partner compliance.
For Bynix partners, this matters for a simple reason: trust converts better than vague promises. If a viewer, reader or clicker sees that you are upfront about risk, they are more likely to treat your content as credible rather than promotional noise.
Why risk disclosure matters
A proper disclosure does two jobs at once. First, it sets realistic expectations. Second, it protects your traffic sources, content accounts and partner account from avoidable compliance issues.

In practical terms, your disclosure should make it obvious that:
- trading involves risk
- outcomes are not guaranteed
- the content is informational or educational in tone, not a promise of earnings
- users should make their own decisions
Just as important, a good disclosure improves the feel of the content. It signals that you are not trying to hide the difficult part of trading. That honesty often increases retention and click quality.
Exact wording you can use
You do not need to write something complicated. Keep it plain, direct and visible. Here are safe examples you can adapt to your format.
Short line
- Trading involves significant risk. Losses can exceed expectations, and profits are never guaranteed.
Standard line
- Trading involves significant risk and may not be suitable for everyone. This content is for information only and should not be treated as a promise of results or guaranteed profit.
Short creator disclosure
- I may receive commission if you register through my partner link. Trading involves significant risk and there are no guaranteed returns.
Bio-length version
- Partner link. Trading involves risk. No guaranteed profits.
Avoid wording that weakens the message, such as:
- “easy profits”
- “safe income”
- “win every time”
- “guaranteed strategy”
- “risk-free trading”
Bynix partners must never promise guaranteed profits. That rule applies in videos, posts, comments, direct messages, landing pages and ads.
Where to put the disclosure
The best disclosure is the one people actually see. Put it close to the claim, close to the link, and in the places where people decide whether to click.
In videos
Include a spoken line if the video is strongly promotional, and place a written disclosure:
- on screen near the start if the video introduces trading outcomes
- in the description above or near the partner link
- in a pinned comment if the platform supports it
For YouTube, this is especially useful if you are submitting to the Video Rewards programme. Approved videos must be original, at least 10 minutes long and include your partner link. If the video is later deleted, the reward can be clawed back with a strike, so get the compliance basics right from the start.
In social posts
Add the disclosure:
- in the main post if space allows
- in the first comment or pinned reply if the platform layout hides long captions
- on image or video creative if the post makes performance-style claims
In bios and profile pages
Your bio does not need a full paragraph. A short line is enough:
- Partner link. Trading involves risk. No guaranteed profits.
On landing pages
Place a visible disclosure:
- above the fold if the page is promotional
- beside buttons or forms
- again near the footer if the page is long

What builds trust and what breaks it
Risk disclosure works best when the rest of the content matches it. If your caption says “no guaranteed profits” but the headline says “daily easy wins”, the disclosure will not save the message.
What builds trust:
- balanced language
- feature-led explanations
- realistic walkthroughs
- clear labelling of partner links
- educational support through the Academy
What breaks trust:
- exaggerated before-and-after claims
- selective screenshots presented as typical results
- countdown pressure
- sign-up incentives
- vague claims that imply certainty
Bynix also does not allow impersonation, spam, cookie stuffing, incentivised sign-ups, targeting minors, or brand bidding on “Bynix”. US traffic is not accepted.
Make disclosure part of your workflow
The easiest way to stay consistent is to create a small compliance checklist before you publish.
- Add a risk line to the content itself.
- Add a risk line near the partner link.
- Check that no sentence implies guaranteed profit.
- Confirm your traffic source and audience targeting are allowed.
- Save a standard disclosure block for reuse in descriptions, captions and landing pages.
- Track performance in the dashboard by link and sub-ID to compare compliant placements and creatives.
Inside the Bynix partner dashboard, you can create unlimited links in Dashboard › Links, add sub-IDs in the campaign field, and monitor clicks, registrations, FTDs, deposits, volume and commission in real time. If you run media buying or external tracking, use postbacks in Links › Postbacks with macros {click_id} {sub} {amount} {event}.
Next step
Set up your links and compliance-ready copy in the dashboard, or use the Academy to strengthen your educational content.
