Registrations but No Deposits? Fix the Follow-Up Before Buying Traffic
If sign-ups are arriving but FTDs are not, this guide shows where follow-up breaks down and how to tighten the first 72 hours.

Plenty of affiliates can generate registrations. The harder part is turning those registrations into first-time depositors without wasting traffic spend. If your clicks and sign-ups look healthy but FTDs stay flat, the issue is often not the ad. It is what happens in the first 72 hours after someone lands, registers and then hesitates.
The good news is that this gap is usually fixable. A tighter follow-up sequence, clearer onboarding and better tracking can lift conversion quality before you increase budget. Here is how to spot the early leaks and close them.
The first 3 days decide most of the outcome
A new registrant is usually closest to depositing in the first three days. After that, intent often fades, distractions take over or the trader forgets why they signed up in the first place. If you leave that window unmanaged, you can end up paying for registrations that never move forward.

There are three common leaks in this early period:
- No clear next step after registration. The user signs up, sees the platform, but does not know whether to try demo, verify details, choose a payment method or make a first deposit.
- No personal follow-up while intent is still warm. If someone asked a question, clicked through a creator review or joined from a comparison page, waiting too long to reply can kill momentum.
- Deposit friction is not explained simply. Many new users are not blocked by interest. They are blocked by uncertainty about minimum deposit, local payment methods or how long it takes.
If your campaign is producing registrations but not FTDs, assume one of these leaks is present until the data proves otherwise.
Message within 24 hours, not “sometime later”
If you collect leads through creator channels, communities or direct-response landing flows, speed matters. A short, useful message within 24 hours can outperform a longer pitch sent days later.
Your follow-up does not need hype. It needs relevance.
- Thank them for registering.
- Ask what stopped them from making the first deposit.
- Point them to the simplest next action.
- Remove one practical objection.
A basic DM structure might look like this:
Thanks for registering. If you are still getting started, the fastest next step is to open the demo and then check which real-money payment method is available in your country. If you want, I can also send a short guide on how the first deposit works.
Keep it neutral and compliant.
- Do not promise returns.
- Do not pressure the user.
- Do not offer incentivised sign-ups.
- Do not present trading as guaranteed income.
For many audiences, the first useful reply matters more than the fourth promotional reminder.
Use a short deposit guide clip
A simple clip can remove hesitation faster than text alone, especially on mobile traffic. This is not about making a flashy promo. It is about showing the path from registration to funded account in plain language.
Your clip should cover:
- Where to log in
- How to switch between demo and real account
- Where to find deposit options
- Which local methods may be available, such as bKash or Nagad in Bangladesh, UPI in India, JazzCash or Easypaisa in Pakistan, M-Pesa in Kenya, bank transfer or OPay in Nigeria, Pix in Brazil, or USDT
- That deposits can start from about $10
- A reminder to check details carefully before confirming
Aim for clarity, not sales pressure. If you make YouTube content, remember that the partner programme also offers Video Rewards: $25 for an approved original YouTube video of 10+ minutes about Bynix with the partner link. Re-uploads are rejected, and deleted videos are clawed back with a strike.
Know your reg-to-FTD benchmark by traffic source
Not all registrations are equal. A registration from a high-intent review page is different from one driven by broad social traffic. Before buying more volume, break performance down by source, creative and angle.
Inside the dashboard, you can track:
- Clicks
- Registrations
- FTDs
- Deposits
- Volume
- Commission
You can view these in real time by day, link and trader. Use separate links for each campaign and apply sub-IDs in the campaign field so you can see which message produced the registrant and which one produced the depositor.
A practical benchmark is not one universal number. It is your own source-by-source baseline.
- Split links by traffic source and creative angle.
- Measure registration volume and FTD volume separately.
- Flag sources with strong registration counts but weak FTD follow-through.
- Review the first 72-hour journey for those weak sources.
- Fix onboarding before increasing spend.
If you rely on automation, set up postbacks in Links › Postbacks using the macros {click_id} {sub} {amount} {event} so your tracker can identify where the conversion path breaks.
The follow-up checklist
Use this checklist before you buy more traffic:
- Check attribution rules first. Bynix uses lifetime attribution, a 30-day cookie and first touch wins.
- Create separate links for every campaign. You can generate unlimited links in Dashboard › Links.
- Add sub-IDs consistently. Use the campaign field for source, ad set, creator or angle naming.
- Reply within 24 hours where direct follow-up is possible.
- Send one short onboarding resource. A deposit guide clip usually works better than a long explanation.
- Lead with practical answers. Payment method, minimum deposit, demo access and first steps.
- Check for compliance issues. No brand bidding on “Bynix”, no impersonation, no spam, no cookie stuffing, no targeting minors or restricted countries, and no US traffic.
- Review data every day for the first three days. Do not wait a week to discover a broken flow.
Why this matters to your commission quality
Better follow-up does not just help conversion rates. It improves the quality of the traffic you send. That matters whether you work on revenue share or the turnover model.
- Revenue share starts at 50% at Starter and goes up to 80% at Legend of the net trading losses of referred traders. Bonus money never counts.
- The turnover model pays 2.0%–5.0% of every real-money stake, capped at 70% of the trader’s deposits.
- Levels are based on total FTDs and never drop: Starter 0, Advanced 15, Professional 50, Expert 100, Master 200, Guru 400, Legend 700.
If registrations are stalling before deposit, you are starving your own progression. Tightening the first 72 hours can improve both immediate FTD numbers and longer-term account growth.
Next step
Open the Dashboard to split your links by source, review your first 72-hour reg-to-FTD drop-off and fix the follow-up sequence before buying more traffic.
Risk warning: trading involves significant risk; partners must never promise profits.
