The Marketing Rules Every Bynix Partner Must Know (Before the First Post)

The core marketing rules to understand before your first post, so your content, links and traffic sources stay compliant from day one.

The Marketing Rules Every Bynix Partner Must Know (Before the First Post)

Before you publish a landing page, a short video or your first ad set, get the ground rules straight. Good compliance is not a box-ticking exercise. It protects your traffic sources, your payouts and the reputation of your brand as a partner.

Bynix gives affiliates useful tools from day one: joining is free, attribution is lifetime, the cookie lasts 30 days and first touch wins. You can create unlimited tracking links in the dashboard and organise them with sub-IDs, but how you promote those links matters just as much as where you place them.

Start with the non-negotiables

The simplest rule is this: promote responsibly, clearly and only to suitable audiences. Bynix is for 18+ users, and US traffic is not accepted. You also must not target minors or restricted countries, and you cannot use tactics that mislead people into signing up.

Here are the points every partner should remember before the first post goes live:

  • Do not promise guaranteed profits or risk-free results.
  • Do not present trading as easy money.
  • Do not target anyone under 18.
  • Do not send US traffic.
  • Do not use spam, cookie stuffing or incentivised sign-ups.
  • Do not impersonate Bynix or pretend to be the official brand.
  • Do not bid on the brand term "Bynix" in paid search.

If a promotion would look misleading to a cautious reviewer, rewrite it before publishing.

What you can never say

Most compliance problems start with careless wording. A strong hook is fine; a false promise is not. Your content should describe the product honestly, including the fact that trading carries risk.

Avoid wording like this:

  • "Guaranteed profits with Bynix"
  • "Win every trade"
  • "Risk-free income from your phone"
  • "Deposit today and make money for sure"
  • "Anyone can become profitable instantly"

Safer wording looks like this:

  • "Bynix offers quick trading with expiries from 5 seconds to 5 minutes."
  • "Users can start on a demo account before using real funds."
  • "Deposits are available from about $10 in supported regions."
  • "Trading involves risk and results are never guaranteed."
  • "This content is for adults aged 18+ in accepted countries only."

A useful test is to ask whether your sentence describes a feature, or predicts an outcome. Features are fine. Guarantees are not.

Disclosures and transparency

If you are using an affiliate link, be open about it. Your audience should understand that you may receive commission if they register and become active through your link. Clear disclosure builds trust and reduces complaints.

Keep disclosures close to the call to action, especially on:

  • Blog posts
  • YouTube descriptions
  • Telegram or community posts
  • Landing pages
  • Social captions
  • Email promotions

Short examples that work:

  • "This post contains an affiliate link."
  • "I may receive commission if you register through my link."
  • "18+ only. Trading involves risk."

Do not hide the disclosure in a wall of text or place it somewhere people are unlikely to see. Plain English is best.

Paid traffic rules: brand bidding and impersonation

If you buy traffic, this section matters most. Bynix does not allow brand bidding on the term "Bynix". That means no paid search campaigns targeting the brand name directly. It also means you should avoid ads that create confusion about whether the user is clicking an official brand ad or an affiliate ad.

Impersonation is also prohibited. Do not:

  • Use ad copy that suggests you are the official Bynix account
  • Use landing pages made to look like the official Bynix site
  • Use social handles or page names that pretend to be the brand
  • Present support channels as if you work for Bynix directly

Your role is to refer, review, explain or compare, not to pose as the platform itself.

Country and audience restrictions

Bynix supports payment methods across several regions, including bKash and Nagad in Bangladesh, UPI in India, JazzCash and Easypaisa in Pakistan, M-Pesa in Kenya, bank transfer and OPay in Nigeria, Pix in Brazil, and USDT. That does not mean every traffic source is suitable everywhere, and it definitely does not override restricted traffic rules.

Keep these basics in mind:

  • No US traffic
  • 18+ only
  • Do not target minors in creative, placement or language
  • Do not run misleading "student money" or "teen earnings" angles

If you are unsure about a GEO or campaign angle, pause first and check your setup before spending more.

Content examples that stay compliant

The easiest way to stay safe is to focus on education, platform walkthroughs and honest comparisons. Bynix also has the Academy with lessons, a glossary, insights and tools that can help you create more useful content.

Strong compliance-friendly angles include:

  • How the demo account works
  • A walkthrough of Quick Trading and expiry choices
  • Supported deposit methods in your country
  • How to use the dashboard links and sub-IDs
  • Risk management language for beginners
  • A balanced review for adult users

For creators, there is also a Video Rewards offer: $25 for an approved original YouTube video of 10+ minutes about Bynix with the partner link. One submission is allowed per video, re-uploads are rejected, and deleted videos are clawed back with a strike.

Track properly and keep records

Compliance is easier when your campaigns are organised. In Dashboard, you can create unlimited links and use the campaign field for sub-IDs. Real-time statistics show clicks, registrations, FTDs, deposits, volume and commission by day, link and trader. Postbacks are available in Links › Postbacks with the macros {click_id} {sub} {amount} {event}.

A simple workflow helps:

  1. Create a separate link for each traffic source or angle.
  2. Label each campaign clearly with a sub-ID.
  3. Save copies of your ad copy, captions and landing pages.
  4. Check stats in real time and pause anything questionable.
  5. Review comments and community replies for risky claims added by moderators or users.

Good records make it much easier to fix issues quickly and show how a campaign was run.

Why compliance helps your earnings stay stable

Commission only matters if your traffic is valid and your account stays in good standing. Partner commission collects in the hold balance and is released to the available balance every Monday at 06:00 SGT after fraud checks. Payouts are in USDT (TRC-20), with a $50 minimum, no Bynix fee, within 3 business days.

That is another reason to avoid shortcuts. Spam, fake intent and misleading claims may create clicks, but they rarely create durable campaigns.

Next step

Open your Dashboard to review your links and campaign wording, or use the Academy to build compliant content before you publish.

Risk warning: trading involves significant risk; partners must never promise profits.
